Hello Tasting
A £25 deposit per person is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your bill on the evening and is refundable with at least 24 hours notice.
*COURTYARD TABLE - Please note this is in our outdoor courtyard, this seating area is covered and has two heat lamps + blankets. The courtyard is also sheltered helping to protect from most winds. Think of yourselves as Chef’s guinea pigs, sampling dishes that have been weeks in the making, ideas that often begin as a thought that wakes him in the night, scribbled onto scraps of paper before finally becoming the refined dishes you have come to know and love.

£95 per person for the eight-course tasting menu with wine pairing (£80 without wine pairing).
Tables are limited and the event will not return until Chef is ready to release his next menu.
