Description:

An exciting management position has arisen at Next Door due to growth within the business, this is perfect for an individual with a passion for food and high quality service. We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Experience within a restaurant with 'AA rosettes' or recognised by the 'MICHELIN' or 'The Good Food Guide' is preferred but not essential.

This position is perfect for a candidate with lots of management experience looking for a new challenge or a candidate looking move up within their career who comes equipped with the right attitude. There are many opportunities to develop skills and qualifications in this role.

The position will ideally suit a candidate joining us at a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager level, however, for the right candidate who brings excellent attention to detail, brilliant drive and a real passion & love for all things hospitality, a supervisor position can be accommodated with the opportunity to progress into other management roles in the future.

Our senior team ensures the customers receive exceptional service throughout their whole experience dining with us, upholds company standards, develops the offering further and strives for excellence.

Your day to day will be working directly with the Restaurant Director with main responsibilities including: team development, customer relations, knowledge of the restaurant and its products, logistical developments and general day to day running's of the restaurant.

Team working, positive attitude and high attention to detail is essential. We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for quality food and drink.

Our ideal candidate must have full availability across our day open (Wednesday to Saturday).
