 We work with a large variety of suppliers allowing us access to some of the best produce Britian has to offer, we have searched endlessly to find suppliers who share our love of seasonal high quality produce and many are family run like ourselves.

 

Suppliers of speciality food, Harvey & Brockless provide us with some of the finest artisan cheese on the market, they work directly with traditional cheesemakers around the globe and offer us access to a large variety British farmhouse cheeses too.

All of our fish is sourced through My Fish who work directly with small fishing fleets and sustainable coastal suppliers around the UK to source the highest quality seafood. Mark and Graham at My Fish work closely with Richard (chef patron) supplying line-caught, whole fresh fish directly from coast to restaurant when the fishing boats return from sea.

We work closely with family run business Udale to provide our customers with the highest quality game sourced from around the UK. Udale work closely with farmers to ensure sustainability and to head towards their net zero emission goals, currently they operate solely on renewable energy and all packaging received is recyclable or biodegradable.

Located two doors down is our family run butchers H. E. Coward, we work directly with their skilled team and network of local farms to showcase carefully sourced British meats mainly from Cheshire and North Wales. Our restaurant premises is where our family butchers was founded, thriving here up until 1970 before relocating to a bigger premises to keep up with the ever growing demands, today their loyal customers remain with daily queues forming down the street for high quality meats and Sue Coward’s Pies - legendary pies created by Vicki’s mum Sue

A 5 mile drive down the road lives Growing@Field28, a family run vegetable grower in Daresbury Cheshire who supply us with heritage vegetables, micro greens and edible flowers. We work closely with Growing@Field28 to select the best vegetable produce from the ground straight to the restaurant.

In 1997 the first batch of Halen Môn’s pure sea salt was created and sold locally by partners Alison and David, now in 2022 it’s developed into a worldwide brand being sold in more than 22 countries around the globe. This family run operation is located in Anglesey and has a strong sustainable ethos that runs through the whole production of their sea salt.

Wiltshire Truffles is a family run operation sourcing high quality truffles from the UK and around the world, they personally hunt truffles in secret locations around their family farm and work alongside carefully selected hunters from around the world to supply the UKs best restaurants.

Deerbox provide us with the highest quality wild British venison from a selection of woodlands located in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Hampshire. Their aim is to showcase the quality of British venison through sustainable means and create an accessible way for restaurants and the public to purchase venison.

Delifresh are another of our fruit and vegetable suppliers allowing us access to a wide range of high quality produce. Located 10 miles down the road we receive daily deliveries to ensure our seasonal produce is as fresh as possible .
